• How to become an event.card user?

You may simply log into your web shop account on eventim.hr and request the free loyalty card in the "event.card" menu on your account.

You may also activate the event.card program at the end of your next online order.

At the end of the year, you will receive your virtual event.card number by e-mail. Once you have got your card, please link the event.card number to your web shop account to finalize the process.

Any orders you have placed in the meantime already count for your annual purchase-based refund.

• How do I link event.card with user account?

First, you must become an event.card member. To become a member of the loyalty club, sign in to your user account and order event.card.

After receving the number of the card, log in to your user account and link it to event.card. To do this, enter the event.card number in the entry field in the user account and confirm.

Any orders you have placed in the meantime already count for your annual purchase-based refund.

• Where can I use event.card?

Event.card can only be used on our website www.eventim.hr. Your card must be connected to your account and in the end of the year, your credit will be automatically transferred to the card. When the credit is transferred, you will have to use it in the next 6 months.

• Where can I see event.card voucher value?

The current value of your voucher and all information about its validity can be looked up here:

• How can I use bonus from my event.card?

Bonus can only be used on our website. The procedure is the same as for a regular purchase, except that under »Payments« you enter the event.card number in the black field under »Do you have a voucher?« If the amount of the bonus is less than the amount of the tickets, you need to choose an additional payment method.
