Due to circumstances beyond its control, Cirque du Soleil will be postponing Varekai’s performances in Ljubljana, originally planned to occur this week (October 14 to 16, 2016) at the Stožice Arena. Therefore, the organization has rescheduled its Slovenian engagement for June 2 to 4, 2017.
Tickets for initial performances purchased through the Eventim website or call center will automatically be honored for the new engagement as follows:
Friday’s, October 14, 2016, 8 p.m. performance is rescheduled to Friday, June 2, 2017, at 8 p.m.
Saturday’s, October 15, 2016, 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. performances are rescheduled to Saturday June 3, 2017, at 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Sunday’s October 16, 2016, 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. performances are rescheduled to Sunday, June 4, 2017, at 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Eventim invites customers to retain their original tickets to enable their admittance to the rescheduled performances and ensure their seat locations.
Audience members who purchased tickets via the Eventim website or call center will be able to get full reimbursement of their original purchase if desired between Thursday October 20, at 10 a.m. and Sunday November 20, at 6 p.m. For more information on the refund procedure, customers may reach Eventim at info@eventim.si. Otherwise, audience members who purchased tickets in-person may return to the original point of sale for a full refund. Cirque du Soleil apologizes for any inconvenience this postponement may cause.
