Informations regarding Justin Bieber's concert

Dear customers,

Thank you for purchasing the tickets for Justin Bieber concert in Zagreb.

Entrances will be open from 18:00.

In case of any problem or for further information please contact us at the Eventim box office between entrances C and D, and between entrances A and D, on the day of the event from 15:00 or via e-mail on info@eventim.hr

We advise you not to leave the Arena once you enter as re-entry will not be permitted (including parking under the Arena Zagreb)!

It is only allowed to enter with small bags (maximum dimensions 24 cm x 32 cm). The bags will be checked at the entrance.

It is forbidden to bring in:

-              Recording equipment, cameras
-              Selfie sticks
-              Food and beverages
-              Heavy/hard objects
-              Large bags, backpacks and luggage
-              Anything flammable, pyrotechnics, etc.
-              Illegal and illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphenalia
-              Markers, pencils, sprays, cans...
-              Glow sticks, balloons, balls, inflatable balls, Frisbees and other flying objects
-              Lasers
-              Umbrellas, items that make noise, trumpets, musical instruments

Avoid the crowds, come on time.
