On behalf of Eventim HR, we would like to apologize for the technical difficulties during the buying process for Foo Fighters. The reason for the difficulties is the payment gateway processor PBZ MyCheckOut (which is not in the Eventim technical domain).
The eventim.hr website has been and still is active, and the aforementioned difficulties are not caused by the Eventim system.
In order to have to the event sold-out as quickly as expected, we managed to offer other payment options and that is the reason of the high number of reserved tickets.
Eventim is working hard on the booking of reservations. The majority of the reserved tickets will be booked by the end of Monday (working hours).
Once more, we would like to apologize for the current situation which is now solved.
