Ed Sheeran: +-=÷x Tour @ Hipodrom Zagreb, 10.08.2024.
Servisne informacije vezane uz koncert EDA SHEERANA na zagrebačkom Hipodromu 10. kolovoza 2024.
Na Hipodromu će biti otvorena 4 ulaza:
1. ULAZ 1 za PLAVU I CRVENU ZONU STAJANJA TE SVE TRIBINE.
2. ULAZ 2 za ZELENU I CRVENU ZONU STAJANJA TE SVE TRIBINE.
3. ULAZ 3 za ŽUTU I ZELENU ZONU STAJANJA TE SVE TRIBINE.
4. ULAZ ZA OSOBE U INV. KOLICIMA I NJIHOVE PRATNJE PORED ULAZA 2.
Molimo da obratite pažnju koju ulaznicu imate i na koji ulaz trebate ići. Iznimka su Glavni kupci koji u svojoj narudžbi imaju ulaznice za više ulaza. U tom slučaju se potrebno opredijeliti za jedan ulaz kako bi svi u grupi ušli zajedno s Glavnim kupcem.
Unutar Hipodroma bit će postavljeni šankovi s pićem i hranom te merch štand na kojima će se moći plaćati karticama.
Na koncertu su dozvoljene torbe maksimalne veličine 30x21 cm.
Na koncertu je zabranjen unos: fotoaparata ili GoPro uređaja, prijenosnih računala ili tableta, selfie palica ili lasera, kišobrana, pirotehnike, oružja ili noževa, pepper spreja, boca i limenki, šiljaka ili lanaca, velikih predmeta; zabranjeno je snimanje videa i zvuka.
U upotrebi će biti pirotehnički efekti i bljeskajuća svjetla. Imajte na umu da će biti povećano zagađenje bukom. Radi vaše zaštite preporučamo korištenje čepića za uši. Specijalni efekti mogu izazvati napadaje kod osoba s fotosenzitivnom epilepsijom.

Ulaznice u print@home obliku nije potrebno printati. Možete ih prikazati na mobilnom uređaju, osim ako vam je zaslon slomljen. U tom slučaju molimo da ulaznice isprintate.
Po dolasku na koncert, od vas će se tražiti da dođete kao grupa i predočite svoju ulaznicu(e) uz nazočnost Glavnog kupca. Glavni kupac će morati imati identifikacijski dokument s fotografijom koji odgovara imenu na ulaznicama. Samo ulaznice kupljene od ovlaštenih prodavača će biti važeće.

Dear sir/madam,
Service information and map related to the concert of ED SHEERAN at the Hipodrom Zagreb on August 10, 2024.
4 entrances will be open at the Hipodrom:
1. ENTRANCE 1 for the BLUE AND RED STANDING ZONE AND ALL TRIBUNES.
2. ENTRANCE 2 for the GREEN AND RED STANDING ZONE AND ALL TRIBUNES.
3. ENTRANCE 3 FOR THE YELLOW AND GREEN STANDING ZONE AND ALL TRIBUNES.
4. ENTRANCE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS AND THEIR ACCOMPANIMENT NEAR ENTRANCE 2.
Please pay attention to which ticket you have and which entrance you need to go to. The exception is Lead Purchasers who have multiple-entry tickets in their order. In this case, it is necessary to opt for one entrance so that everyone in the group enters together with the Lead Purchaser.
Inside the Hipodrom, there will be bars with drinks and food, as well as a merch stand where you will be able to pay with cards.

At the concert, it is forbidden to bring: cameras or GoPro devices, laptops or tablets, selfie sticks or lasers, umbrellas, pyrotechnics, weapons or knives, pepper spray, bottles and cans, spikes or chains, large objects; it is forbidden to record video and audio.
Strobe and pyrotechnic effects will be in use. Please be aware that there will be increased noise pollution. For your protection we recommend the use of earplugs. Special effects might trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

Print@home tickets do not need to be printed. You can show them on your mobile device unless you have a broken display. In that case, please print your print@home tickets. Upon arrival at the concert, you will be asked to come as a group and present your ticket(s) in the presence of the Lead Purchaser. The Lead Purchaser will need to have a photo ID that matches the name on the tickets. Only tickets purchased from authorized sellers will be valid.
