Below you can find important information about the Arctic Monkeys concert in Pula on August 16:

ENTRANCE

Entrance A and B - "Floor/Parter", "Loggia/Loža" and "Wheelchair" tickets

Entrance C and D - "Tribunes" and "Lawn" tickets

Crowds are expected, please arrive on time and bring an identification document with a photo (identity card, passport, driver's license...).

Each person should have their ticket and their identification document prepared when entering the concert.

INFORMATION ON SPECIAL TRAFFIC REGULATION NEAR THE ARENA PULA

On the day of the event Arctic Monkeys on August 16 in the evening hours, for the duration of the concerts, motor vehicle traffic will not be allowed on the following roads around the Arena:

- in Istarska Street, from the intersection with Scalierova Street to Nimfej Square

- on Nimfej Square, from Istarska Street to Flavijevska Street

- on the Nello Milotti Promenade

- in Amphiteatarska Street

- in Scalierova Street, from the intersection with Istarska Street to the intersection with Stiglich Street

- in Nezakcija street

- at Ozad Arena Square

Tenants and owners of business entities in that area will be allowed to use the mentioned roads. Also, during the loading and unloading of the contractor's equipment in certain periods of the day, there will be difficult traffic/narrowed road in front of the Arena itself.

We ask everyone who comes to the concert to park on the Riva and on Mandrac, so as not to create unnecessary crowds in the city.

The Eventim box office ("Box Office" in the picture) will be open from 16:00 on the day of the concert itself. You will be able to buy tickets for the Tame Impala concert at the box office.

We ask customers to print their print@home tickets (if you are not able to - increase the brightness on your mobile phone to the max. when entering the concert).

Tickets purchased with the "Pick up Outlet" option must be picked up with the CODE at the points of sale from the following link - https://www.eventim.hr/en/news/2017/11/new-delivery-option-at-eventim-hr-639821.html. The code arrived in the order confirmation.

The process of ticket repersonalization has been agreed for the following events:

Tame Impala @ Arena Pula - 17/08/2022

Repersonalization (change of names) is possible only in the case of an obvious spelling mistake in the first/last name or in the case where you exchange only the first name, the surname stands the same (etc. Ivan Horvat changes his ticket to Katarina Horvat).

It is not possible to change the ticket to a completely different last name.

In case of inability to attend the concert for any reason, the customer can request a refund.

REPERSONALIZATION AND REFUNDS ARE ONLY POSSIBLE UNTIL 05.08.2022.

The request for repersonalization or refund must be sent to info@eventim.hr by August 5, 2022.

In the request, it is necessary to specify the order ID or attach a picture of the tickets with a visible barcode.

It is necessary to specify the desired change/reasoning.

The request must be sent from the email address associated with the order.

Arctic Monkeys return to the live arena with their first shows since their "Tranquility Base Hotel + Casino" tour, which ended in 2019. Tickets will be on sale on Wednesday the 24th of November at 10am CET via Eventim.hr

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Tickets can be purchased exclusively online at www.eventim.hr. Tickets will not be available at Eventim outlets.

NOTE: Eventim is the only authorized ticket distributor for the Arctic Monkeys concert in Pula. Please purchase tickets exclusively through authorized ticket distributors.

We recommend that you first check whether you are on the official website of the authorized seller (in our example, on www.eventim.hr and on partner websites www.eventim.si, www.eventim.hu, www.eventim.ro, www.oeticket.com), to pay attention to the purchase process in which all items that are subject to payment and which you must confirm will be displayed. It is important that you read carefully and keep track of amounts that could deviate from the nominal ticket price to prevent purchases on unauthorized sales channels. To avoid a bad experience and high costs, please follow the instructions above.

We add that it is possible that entry will note be possible with tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels!

It is possible to buy a maximum of 4 tickets in the order.

Tickets will be personalized! During the purchase process, it will be necessary to enter information for all visitors who will use the tickets. Only the person whose name is on the ticket shall be allowed in the venue upon ID check. Please enter the details carefully when purchasing.

Loggia - numbered seating - 559.00 HRK

Floor - standing - 499,00 HRK

Tribunes - free seating - 479.00 HRK

Lawn - standing - 299,00 HRK

Accessible ticket (wheelchair user) - 249.00 HRK

Children up to the age of 6 enter free of charge if they sit on their parents’ lap.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

People with disabilities in wheelchair do not enter free of charge. A limited number of accessible tickets are available at a price of HRK 249.00. Wheelchair users will be accommodated on the floor area.

Eventim charges an order fee in the amount of HRK 10.00, regardless of the number of tickets in the order.

To ensure uninterrupted sale of tickets, a waiting room has been switched on. The waiting room puts you in a queue to enter the page. The system will automatically redirect you to the purchase process as soon as resources become available.

By purchasing your ticket(s), you acknowledge the following: the Event Organizer reserves the right to require the attendees of a ticketed event to comply with certain health and safety protocols and requirements, whether determined by the Event Organizer, the performing Artist or the venue terms of the event, in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation governing attending of events. Experience has shown that such a requirement may include, but is not limited to, the availability and presentation of a vaccination card, the obligation to wear a face mask and of hand disinfection, or compliance with social distancing rules, these however may be supplemented by other requirements. The rules and regulations, for which applicable legislation and government decrees are authoritative primarily and the epidemiological regulations effective at the time of the event are published on the websites of the Event Organizer and the event venue, please keep up to date with this information! Please note that familiarizing with the rules and restrictions for entering the event is always the responsibility of the attendee, i.e. you, while enforcing them is that of the Event Organizer. Therefore, if you ignore or violate the entry rules announced or required by law, the Event Organizer has the right to refuse admission to you or the holder of the ticket you have purchased but transferred to someone else, or request that the ticket holder leave the event, without compensation, indemnification and/or refunding the ticket price or a certain part thereof.
