DELIVERY / PICK UP METHODS

Depending on the event, you can choose the following ways to deliver or pick up tickets at Eventim d.o.o. webshop on the website www.eventim.hr. Be aware that some options are available only till the foreseen time is still possible, after the foreseen delivery time expires, the option turns off.

  • PAKET24 CROATIAN POST

Paket24 delivery within 3 working days.

  • REGISTERED MAIL (international)

Registered mail – international delivery. Delivery within 14 working days.

  • GLS DELIVERY (within Croatia)

Delivery announcement via SMS or e-mail.

Delivery within 48h to 168h (depending on the location of package delivery).

  • GLS DELIVERY (abroad)

Delivery within 7 working days.

  • PICK UP AT BOXOFFICE

If tickets are paid on time, they can be picked up on the day of the event at the box office if possible (an hour and a half before the event and no later than half an hour after the event)

  • PICK UP AT CERTAIN OUTLETS

After purchasing tickets with the choice of pick up at certain outlets, the customer will be able to pick up the tickets by presenting the code received in the order confirmation at certain outlets.   • PRINT @ HOME

After purchasing tickets with the choice of "print @ home" download method, the customer will receive pdf tickets on their e-mail and will be able to download the tickets in pdf format from their Eventim account and print it on their own printer. Such tickets will be checked / scanned at the entrance of the event.

  • E-TICKET

After purchasing tickets, the customer receives e-tickets in electronic form/QR code where each ticket has a unique QR code. To access the tickets you will have to have an account on Eventim.hr.

When you log in your account, the tickets will be in the section "Your digital tickets" (see picture below). If you want to share your tickets, the other person will also have to have an Eventim account.
