Radojka Šverko is a Croatian singing diva. She is known for her vast vocal capabilities, the color of her voice and her notable performances on many festivals in Croatia and abroad. On a festival in Rio de Janeiro in 1970 for the song “Svijet je moj” by Alfi Kabiljo she was awarded “The Most Outstanding Performance” award, which made her the first artist to be awarded this award after the famous Janis Joplin
