The new date of the concert is October 31, 2022.
Tickets already purchased will be valid for the new date.
If the new date does not suit you, you can request a refund for purchased tickets only until June 9, 2022.
Tickets are returned at the point of sale where you purchased them.
Buyers who bought tickets online should contact info@eventim.hr. The request must be sent from the email to which the order was made and it is necessary to attach the order ID or a picture of the ticket with a visible barcode.
We ask customers for patience, all requests will be processed, but due to the increased number of inquiries, it is possible to wait for the processing of requests for 4-5 working days.
Requests sent after this date will not be considered.
