NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED EARLY ACCESS and HOT SEAT PACKAGE FOR SHAKIRA CONCERT IN ZAGREB, 10.05.2011.g.


Shakira's biggest fans who bought EARLY ACCESS package and Hot Seat Package for the concert in Zagreb should arrive in Zagreb Arena at 18:00 pm on PRESS ENTER ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ARENA in order to retrieve them. Those who chose the option to take a ticket at the box office, will get the same when collecting the packages.


EARLY ACCESS package includes:

- Ticket FAN PIT
- earlier entry into the arena to provide the best place in the FAN PIT
- Separate entrance to a concert
- SHAKIRA · special gift
- Voucher for the 'merchandise' in the value of 150 kn
- Passes to this year's tour as a memento

We ask all customers who purchased Early Access package to wear a pass for the entire duration of the concert, that you will receive when entering the arena. During the concert, it is not possible to leave the Arena. If you do, Lupa promotion, Live Nation and Eventim can not guarantee re-entry into the Arena
